Interns
We partner with like-minded organizations that are committed to empowering students. These organizations allow students to enter their workplaces to learn about daily operations, shadow the management team, understand the mechanisms for overcoming challenges, and share skills and tools that can have a lasting impact on their professional journeys. The ‘Īnana interns are also encouraged to develop an innovation for the host organization, allowing them to experience firsthand all the steps involved in creating a solution and spark the entrepreneurial mindset.
“I gained skills as an in-person representative and as well as project coordinator. I also started an initiative on campus called the Gender Equity through Mālama Mai Movement, and ‘Īnana has sparked that entrepreneurial mindset and spirit in me.”
